Can i track my package?
Yes. All of our packages are shipped with GLS. Once you have made the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What do i do if i receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service and they will guide you through the return and replace process.
Can i remove an item from my order?
Once you have placed an order you cannot change it, but you can return or exchange the item once received.
Wich payment methods can i use?
You can pay for your order using one of the following methods: Visa, VISA Electron, MasterCard, or Mobile pay.
How do i add my promotion code?
You can type in your promotion code in the field under payment method. When the promotion code is typed in, the total amount will be corrected automatically.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock, subscribe the waiting list on the iteams page, and our customer service will let you know when the items is back on stock.
What do i do if i want to return a package?
If you want to return your order, simply fill in the return formular, use the link https://return.shipmondo.com/balloriginal, and fill in informations. You are responsible for paying the return postage fees. For more informations go to the page 'Returns'.
How much time do i have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the day that you have received the package.
When will i receive the refund for my return?
Once we have received the return package, the payment will be returned to the same card that you bought it with within ten days. This doesn't includes the original shipping price.
